Piston reference

Pistons for the A series, as well as ring sets, are fairly difficult to come by.
Apart from using early TZ pistons and reshaping the heads (mucho$$), it's best to look for them on eBay. The good point is that early F series pistons ARE absolutely the same, and command lower prices...

It is good to have friends

Received my A7 motor bottom-end from the States. Kindly repackaged by GAry from Minnesota... it arrived in a perfect state.
Couldn't have happened without him.

A1R reference Pics Chapter 1

This comes from an eBay auction in 2004, very tidy restored bike, was still going strong at $8'650 2 days before the end. I can't remember how much it sold for.Pics here.

A1R disc valves

Finally received the disc valves 2wheelsdeals, a eBay shop i can strongly recommend. Unknown to them, there was a Kawasaki A1R disc valve in their kit... makes my day. It's been over three years since I've seen one for sale. Noelia's motor is (very) slowly coming together.
